Our Building Process
Step 1. Planning and Design
A Sales and Design Consultant will assess your lifestyle needs, your block and you budget. They will then work with you to design a custom floor plan that is perfect for you and your requirements.
As part of our Custom Design Service, we offer multiple design meetings where you can work with your Sales and Design Consultant to design the perfect floor plan for you.
Step 2. Free Quote
Your Sales and Design Consultant will complete a Free Quote for your new home. They will go through this with you in detail so you understand everything that is included in your new home.
From here we do require a deposit to cover the first stages of engineering, drafting of your design and energy assessments, so we can confirm your home structurally prior to finalising your build documentation.
Step 3. Selections and Approval
Our Selections Consultant will work with you to choose your new home colours, materials, fixtures and fittings. This is done from our Selections Centre, right here in Murray Bridge.
Whilst you are choosing your new home selections, we will also apply for Building Approvals for the construction of your new home.
Once you’ve signed your Selections Documentation, we will finalise the approval process of your build.
Step 4. Contract and Construction
Our team will monitor your council approval process and keep you updated as it progresses. Once you have council approval, you will complete your contract signing.
Once your Contact Documentation has been signed and conditions met, construction on your new home can begin! Our team will give you regular updates on your new homes progress.
Step 5. Your New Home Handover
Once your new home is complete, your Site Supervisor will take you on a personal tour through your brand new home.
You will be given your Handover Package which includes all construction records, certificates & warranties and of course, your new home keys!
