As Bel’s title explains, she is responsi-Bel for the key paperwork prior to the construction stage of your home. This includes your contract pack, ensuring your build details are ready for construction and working closely with Council Planners. With previous experience at Council, her a-Bel-ities to understand their intricacies and processes are an asset to our team.

You might hear Bel’s voice when you call through to the office. If you want to talk about something other than building, ask her about her love for coffee or her beautiful dogs, and how she sleeps with them both!
