"No words can describe how joyful the building experience has been from start to finish with KH. The whole KH Team has been very kind, flexible and professional throughout the process. We can’t thank the KH Team enough for helping us build our dream home and the fond memories throughout the building process. They have by far the best building process from start to finish than any other builders in Adelaide. They have been very upfront and transparent from the word go. I would strongly recommend KH to anyone wanting to build their dream home and that too stress free. The attention to details is at another level and the communication throughout the build was second to none. The best bit was the Site supervisor who was very kind, polite, excellent communication and showed can do attitude throughout the building process. Even our boys have developed fond memories of the building process and keeps on mentioning how good KH have been and how they have also enjoyed the building process at such a young age. Their professionalism is evident in the quality of the build. All the tradesmen used by KH are not only highly skilled but were also very welcoming, kind, polite and professional. They were always eager to help and explain things they were doing when we approached them any time. We even got to know all their tradesmen with their first names which is very rare during the building process as there are so many of them involved in the building process, but this shows how genuine the whole KH team as well as their tradesmen are. "From start to finish Kookaburra Homes has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. It is a major decision in life to build a home & unfortunately you hear so many horror stories about builders that it is a nerve-wracking process to choose one. We loved viewing the display home in Mount Barker & when we got serious about taking the next step, we read the Kookaburra reviews & were really impressed. You are never completely sure about what you read online so we also went & knocked on the door of a recently finished Kookaburra home in our local area to directly ask the owners about their experience. They confirmed everything all the reviews on the Kookaburra website said. Happily, we can now also say that in our opinion, they are definitely the real deal as builders! We love our new home so much. The quality of build is exceptional. James our site supervisor was meticulous in making sure every detail was right. We only had a couple of minor issues in the first few weeks following moving in. James had trades around within 48 hours to fix them. Nothing is too much trouble for him & the best thing is he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. The whole Kookaburra team are like that. Nordz was so patient & understanding during the design phase. He really understood what we wanted in a home & worked hard to bring it to life for us. Britney is a superstar at selections & the back-office staff were friendly every time we dealt with them. You can tell that everyone at Kookaburra loves their job & are proud of where they work. While the high quality of our build is the standout thing that we wanted to mention, we also want to comment on their communication. It was excellent. They were up front about timelines right from the get-go & stuck to it throughout the whole process. They responded quickly to all requests & importantly they gave us regular updates in the lead up to starting the construction & then all the way through it. Handover day was done brilliantly. The level of service starting with Ahmed was fantastic. The building team were supportive of us and allowed regular site visits, plus the ability to do landscaping during construction.
