Free On-Site Consultation
One of our expert team members will provide you with a Free On-Site Consultation.
This allows us to understand your vision for your new home whilst taking into account factors such as your block size and slope, your accessibility to services and your existing home.
Free Design Service
After assessing your block, one of our Sales and Design Consultants will work with you to design a home that perfectly suits your needs and budget.
As part of our Free Custom Design Service, we offer multiple free design meetings where you can work with your Sales and Design Consultant to design the perfect home for you and your block.
Free Quote
Your Sales and Design Consultant will complete a Free Quote for your new home. They will go through this with you in detail so you understand everything that is included in your new home.
From here we do require a small deposit to cover the first stages of engineering, drafting of your design and energy assessments, so we can prepare a building contract for the construction of your new home.
Contract, Selections & Approvals
Once you've signed your New Home Contract, you will be able to complete your new home selections.
Our expert Selections Consultants will work with you to choose your new home colours, materials, fixtures and fittings. This is done from our Design HQ, right here in Murray Bridge.
Whilst you are choosing your new home selections, we will also apply for building approvals for the construction of your new home.
Demolition
From here, the knock down can begin!
Our team can assist by recommending a reputable demolition company for you to organise the demolition of your existing home.
Construction
Once your old home has been removed, we can begin construction on your new Kookaburra Home!
Our team will give you regular updates on your new homes progress.
New Home Handover
Once your new home is complete, your Site Supervisor will take you on a personal tour through your brand new home.
You will be given your Handover Package which includes all construction records, certificates & warranties and of course, your new home keys!
