This stunning home joined our lineup of beautiful display homes in 2019, was designed for a modern, family lifestyle. Our goal was to change the market’s perception of the transportable product and provide our regional customers with the same superior product that we offer our customers living in metropolitan areas. The style brief for this home was modern-Hamptons, to create a timeless, luxurious home. This was achieved through both the internal and external selections – which together create a stunning, classic style home. The final part of the brief was to create a home that suited the typical Australian lifestyle and makes the most of our customers’ beautiful countryside locations. This includes utilising their large blocks, maximising on their views and focusing on creating a flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The Monash 214 was designed to be as large and spacious as possible to suit growing families, whilst still allowing it to be transported to our customers in regional locations. We wanted to design a home with plenty of articulation so that it didn’t resemble a traditional “transportable” style home, whilst keeping within the sizing allowances for a dual lift transportable. The design criteria included a beautiful facade, a statement entry that provided backyard views as soon as you walked through the front door, a private and luxurious master suite, multiple living rooms, enough bedrooms to suit a growing family, the option for a study or home office and an effortless flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces. The final design is well under the maximum width allowance, minimising transport costs.

The open plan living room, kitchen and alfresco is the hero of this home. The grand entrance featuring a 3m high coffered ceiling leads into the living area creating a feeling of grandeur as soon as you walk through the door. With 2.7m high ceilings throughout the rest of the home, bi-parting doors leading out into the spacious alfresco that features a luxurious outdoor kitchen and stunning raked ceiling, this home features an abundance of natural light and is perfect for capturing views.

The kitchen is complete with a large walk-in pantry, beautiful Caesarstone benchtops, bespoke cabinetry and a servery window to the alfresco and outdoor kitchen, creating the perfect space for those who love to entertain or simply enjoy outdoor living.
