This Walker Flat pole frame home was designed so our customers could:
“Build their dream riverfront home by taking in as much of their stunning views of the river and cliffs as possible, and designing a spacious outdoor living area that could be used year-round”

Built in the hidden river oasis, this spectacular pole frame riverfront home encompasses the relaxed river lifestyle that is synonymous with a Walker Flat home. The large open plan living area leads out to the spacious year-round balcony, using the stunning views as its natural artwork. The outdoor kitchen and generous entertaining zones allow different spaces for the whole family to enjoy.

A double garage provides ample secure space to store all the river equipment with easy access for a quick set up. The completely lined carport area adds a touch of luxury to an otherwise underutilised space. The perfect space for the barbecue and smokers to call home.

With bathroom access adjacent to the garage, the home stays clean and dry while the river fun happens. Once it is time to head upstairs, you can choose to take the stairs with a view or opt for luxury with the comfortable internal lift.
