Bridgehampton Nominated for 2 HIA Awards

The impeccable Bridgehampton has been nominated for two Housing Industry Association awards in 2020 – Lightweight Home of the Year and Display Home of the Year. This visually stunning and exceptionally built home is the most recent addition to our range of display homes and is the perfect representation of our team’s dedication to design, style and quality construction. The style brief for this home was classic-Hamptons. Appealing to the high end market, we wanted to design a home that was luxurious yet practical, and simple yet elegant, and the end result was a home that offers immediate impact and leaves a lasting impression. The Bridgehampton is designed to suit our customers’ family orientated lifestyles – including a spacious floor plan with plenty of space to move, entertaining features throughout and added luxuries including a grand master suite.

The Bridgehampton, which was launched at a VIP night celebrating our 35 years in building in December 2019, is targeted at our customers building on acreage, or on wide blocks in regions such as in the Adelaide Hills, and features a vast frontage and impressive facade to create the ultimate street presence. Using beautiful products such as Scyon Linea cladding, mixed with the detailed fretwork and classic styled windows, the facade of this home is the perfect balance between a traditional, classic home and Australia’s modern take on the Hamptons style – resulting in a striking exterior that sets the tone for the rest of the home.

After stepping through the front door, the feeling of classic, luxurious Hamptons continues with the stunning interior selections. Detailed wall panelling throughout, coffered ceilings, stonework, beautiful rich flooring, strategically placed skylights and stunning custom cabinetry are just some of the features that were included to create this first-class end product. Designed for luxury living mixed with the ultimate features for practicality, this home is full of well-considered features such as a boot room, a vast butler’s pantry featuring its own wine storage, custom cabinetry including a beautiful window bench seat, built in bookshelf and custom fireplace in our formal living, servery and outdoor kitchen and an elegant master suite including a resort-style ensuite and his and hers walk-in robes.

We designed the home around multiple living spaces, including a formal lounge, rumpus room and an extensive main living and dining at the centre of the home – which flows seamlessly into the large alfresco space. A large, opulent master suite was a must-have, as well as ample storage throughout every space. This was achieved through custom designing our own cabinetry in every single room of the home.
